    ADVIL JUNIOR STRENGTH TABLETS

    Active Ingredient(s)Purpose
    Ibuprofen 100 mgPain reliever/fever reducer

    Uses
    Temporarily reduces fever and to relief
  • sore throat
  • toothache
  • headache
  • minor aches and pains due to the common cold and flu
  • Directions
    If possible use weight to doseOtherwise use age
    under 48 lbs (under 6 years)Ask a doctor
    48-71 lb (6-10 yr)2 tablets
    72-95 lb (11 years)3 tablets
    If needed, repeat dose every 6-8 hoursDo not use more than 4 times in 24 hours
    Do not exceed recommended dosage

    Warnings
    Do Not Use
  • if you have had any allergic reaction to any other pain reliever/fever reducer

  • Ask Doctor Before Use If you have
  • had problems or serious side effects from pain reliever/fever reducers
  • stomach problems
  • a child not been drinking fluids
  • a child lost a lot of fluid due to vomiting or diarrhea
  •   

    Ask a Doctor or Pharmacist before use if you are
  • under a doctor's care for any continuing condition
  • taking other drugs on a regular basis
  • taking any other product that contains ibuprofen
  • taking any other pain reliever/fever reducer

  • When Using this Product
  • may have severe allergic reactions: hives, facial swelling, wheezing, and shock
  • give with food or milk if stomach upset occurs

  • Stop Use and Ask Doctor If
  • an allergic reaction occurs seek medical help right away
  • sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days
  • sore throat occurs with or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, vomiting
  • fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days
  • stomach pain occurs with the use of this drug or even mild symptoms persist
  • redness or swelling is present
  • any new or unexpected symptoms occur
  • pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days or 5 days (for children)

  • If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask health professional before use
    Keep out of reach of children
    In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away
